Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine service, fixing breakdowns, and identifying faults on our customer's Atlas Copco equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine service and maintenance on Atlas Copco equipment
  • Fix breakdowns and identify faults on customer equipment
  • Travel to customer sites within Ontario to provide on-site service
  • Report directly to the Field Service Manager
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet customer needs

Requirements

  • College, university, technical, or accredited vocational diploma
  • Sales and product promotion/demonstration experience
  • Flexible responsiveness to customer production demands
  • Ability to take ownership of meeting customer needs
  • Familiarity with manufacturing/production or assembly plant working conditions
  • Experience servicing Atlas Copco fastening tools, torque theory, and fastening knowledge
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working on pneumatic and DC power tooling in a production environment
  • Experience in calibrations and assembly tooling
  • IT experience with networking or databases
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Valid driver's license
