Fence Installation Supervisor Job Description

Madsen Fence Ltd. is seeking a skilled Fence Installation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, setting up machines and equipment, and leading individuals to ensure successful fence installations.

Work Environment

As a Fence Installation Supervisor, you will work outdoors at heights, in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and quality of work
  • Set up machines and equipment for fence installations
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals
  • Utilize hand and power tools to prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in fence installation or a related field
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
