Fence Installation Supervisor Job Description

Madsen Fence Ltd. is seeking a skilled Fence Installation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of fences and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of fences, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Set up and operate machines and equipment, including power tools and hand tools.
  • Lead and instruct installation crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including loading and unloading trucks.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in fence installation or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to work at heights and in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
