Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure timely restocking and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliable, and a team player.
