Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Operations: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies and materials to operate our restaurant effectively.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations and that our employees are aware of and follow these regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
