Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Seven Days Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and sales assistants.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in our pharmacy, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and create schedules to ensure that our pharmacy is adequately staffed at all times.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Payroll and Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payrolls, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
- Education: A degree in pharmacy or a related field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy management role is required.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
