Pharmacy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Store Manager to join our team at Seven Days Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise staff to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations
- Determine and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking of medications and supplies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- College/CEGEP degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or retail management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
