We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team in Primary Care at Northern Health.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical care and services to individuals, groups, and communities.
- Develop and provide formal education to patients, families, and the general public.
- Work collaboratively with the interprofessional team to provide competent, safe, and ethical care.
- Apply best practices to provide care that includes clinical follow-up according to the person's primary Care Plan and personal goals of care.
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN or RPN registrant.
- Three years recent, related clinical nursing experience in primary care nursing and/or chronic disease management settings.
- Current valid B.C. Driver's License.

- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service.
