We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Payroll Compliance Specialist to join our team at BlueSky Personnel Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing payroll knowledge, support, and training on Canadian payroll legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide payroll expertise and support to clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain government contacts and agencies, and analyze legislation to ensure compliance
- Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and seminars on payroll best practices
- Update payroll information for professional standards and programs
- Contribute to the development of best practices and website resources
- Support the creation of articles, discussion papers, and legislative analysis
- Fluently bilingual in both French and English
- PCP or PLP designation
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience
- College and/or University Degree in a related field
- Extensive knowledge of multi-jurisdictional payroll and legislation
- Superior working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent salary with bonuses

- 3 weeks paid vacation per year
