Senior Instructional Designer Position

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Instructional Designer to lead the development of training programs for our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training materials that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of training programs for in-person, self-paced, and virtual deliveries
  • Review and provide feedback on training materials developed by others
  • Mentor and coach junior staff members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subject matter experts
  • Design and develop training materials that are engaging, interactive, and effective

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience as an Instructional Designer
  • Post-secondary degree in education, instructional design, technical writing, communication, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
