* Review and provide feedback on training materials developed by others
* Mentor and coach junior staff

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer
* Post-secondary degree in education, instructional design, technical writing, communication, or a related field
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Advanced knowledge of Articulate 360 products and learning management systems
* Visual design skills to produce engaging training materials
