Executive Support Specialist for Marketing Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our marketing leadership team at J.Crew Group (JCG). This individual will provide administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer, ensuring seamless daily operations, effective communications, and efficient management of internal teams and external partners.
As an Executive Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Calendar Management: Manage the CMO's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely reminders.
- Email and Communication Management: Direct emails, respond to messages, and maintain accurate records of communication.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, book flights and accommodations, and arrange transportation.
- Expense Reports and Invoices: Administer expense reports, process departmental invoices, and maintain financial records.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery.
- Internal Meetings and Cross-Functional Partnerships: Coordinate internal meetings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and foster strong relationships with external partners.
To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Administrative Experience: 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant is necessary.
- Detail-Oriented and Multitasking Skills: The ability to juggle multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines is essential.
- Urgency and Resilience: You should be able to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
