Job Description

A cloud solutions strategist at Softchoice will play a pivotal role in guiding customers toward innovative productivity solutions.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses excellent communication skills and can adapt to various technical conversations.

About the Role

This opportunity allows you to leverage your creative thinking, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities to empower businesses with secure collaboration tools.

You will work closely with sales professionals to design modern workplaces for our clients, utilizing Microsoft 365 as a key component.

As an ambassador of Softchoice, you will foster strong relationships with customers, unlocking their potential to be future-ready through technology.

This is a unique chance to bring people together, share insights on the latest productivity solutions, and challenge customers to achieve their goals effectively.

  • Showcase your growth mindset by seeking to understand customer challenges first and designing a solution that best achieves the end goal.
  • Act as a bridge between sales teams and customers, sharing up-to-date insights and formulating creative approaches to address business challenges.
  • Challenge customers using your skills, insight, and experience to help them see what it takes to do the right things versus simply doing things right.
  • Create an excellent experience for customers and internal stakeholders with adaptable communication skills.

Requirements

  • 3 years of industry experience in a technology focus area; experience in services pre-sales or post-sales services delivery/support capacity preferred.
  • Fully bilingual communication skills in English/French for business and technical discussions.
  • Foundation-level training completed in at least one of the following required technologies: Microsoft 365 Productivity and Collaboration (Office 365 suite), Microsoft 365 Identity and Threat Protection (Enterprise Mobility + Security), Microsoft 365 Device and Apps Management (Windows 10-11), M365 CoPilot.
  • Desire to develop expertise on secondary technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI) and Microsoft 365 Information Protection and Governance (Azure Information Protection, Security Center).
