Customer Experience Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze requests for assistance and advise customers and dealers on current policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex customer issues.
- Assist in decisions related to goodwill cases and identify trends to improve customer experience.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
