Job Title: Office Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at McKee Moving & Storage. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents.
  • Communication: Send and receive messages, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, prepare invoices and bank deposits, photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, label, file, and retrieve documents, locate and remove files requested.
  • Contract and Budget Management: Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to work independently, excellent oral communication, punctuality, and team player.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months, permanent position, 32 hours per week, English language.
