The Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a General Inquiries professional. As a key member of our People & Culture Team, your primary responsibility will be to handle general inquiries from potential employees, providing them with accurate information about our organization and its job opportunities.
Your duties will include responding to emails and phone calls, updating our job postings, and maintaining a database of candidate resumes. You will also assist in planning recruitment events and contribute to the development of our talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required, and you must be proficient in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
You will also need to demonstrate a strong understanding of employment law and regulations, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
