Job Description

Sarab Cargo Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our truck drivers, ensuring they are aware of their tasks and deadlines.
  • Recommend Measures to improve work methods and productivity, and provide technical advice to drivers as needed.
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed, and coordinate repairs and rentals as required.
  • Train and Develop our drivers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Coordinate Scheduling and activities to ensure our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or coordination role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
