Lead Creative Visionary

Weber Shandwick, a leading global communications agency, is seeking a highly skilled Group Creative Director to spearhead our Studio Production team. As a seasoned creative leader, you will be responsible for driving innovative campaigns that captivate audiences and propel our clients' brands forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends
  • Lead a team of senior and junior creatives, providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to ensure exceptional work quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy and integrated media, to deliver integrated marketing solutions
  • Stay ahead of the curve, embracing emerging digital platforms and technologies to drive creative innovation
  • Mentor and lead staff to maintain consistent creative quality and award-winning work
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge of user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing, and the creative process
  • Strong ability to provide clear creative direction, timely feedback, and effective resource allocation
  • Proven mentoring and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a culture of continuous creative improvement
  • A willingness to push creative boundaries and explore new ideas
