Join Our Team as a Group Creative Director

Weber Shandwick is seeking a seasoned Group Creative Director to lead our Studio Production team. As a key member of our creative leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that meet client objectives and drive business results
  • Lead a team of senior and junior creatives, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure high-quality work
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, media, and client leadership, to integrate creative solutions and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform creative decisions and drive innovation
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and advance their careers
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work and driving business growth
  • Advanced knowledge of user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing, and the creative process
  • Strong ability to provide clear creative direction, provide timely and helpful feedback, and manage budgets and schedules
  • Proven mentoring and team-building skills, with a focus on developing and retaining top talent
  • A willingness to push creative boundaries and drive innovation
