Join Our Team as a Group Creative Director

Weber Shandwick is seeking a seasoned Group Creative Director to lead our Studio Production team. As a key member of our creative leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative solutions that drive client success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that strengthen client market distinction and leadership position
  • Lead concept, creative development, and presentation of new business development efforts
  • Mentor and lead staff to maintain consistent creative quality and award-winning work
  • Collaborate with strategy and integrated media teams to propel client work forward and grow our business
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in a creative leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience managing the creative development process in a client-services environment
  • Advanced knowledge of user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing, and the creative process
  • Strong ability to provide clear creative direction and timely, helpful feedback to improve creative processes
  • Ability to prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short and long-term needs
  • Proven mentoring and team-building skills
  • A willingness to push creative boundaries
