Job Title: Client Banking Relationship Manager

CWB is seeking a highly skilled Client Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and relationship-building
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
