Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
- Establish and maintain high standards of quality and customer service
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand
- Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
