Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet operational demands
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and portioning staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Coordinate the delivery of food trolleys and ensure timely service
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet operational demands
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
