We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Custom Software Implementation Specialist at LogicalDox Inc. Founded in 2020, our company has grown into a highly respected custom development firm with a wide range of clients across various industries.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing large-scale projects, and providing exceptional customer support. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless software implementation, training, and adoption for our clients.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Build long-lasting relationships by understanding business objectives and challenges.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation of client interactions, project requirements, and progress reports. Deliver instructional documentation and training plans to drive adoption of new software.
  • Post-Rollout Support and Client Check-ins: Conduct regular check-ins to review progress, ensure system usage, and drive client satisfaction. Provide timely feature guidance and support as requested.
  • Business Development and Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by offering new services or solutions. Collaborate with sales and development teams to craft proposals aligning with client strategic goals.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management within the software development industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large client accounts and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Lucid Chart, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel across Southern Ontario to attend client sites.
