Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team at NAPA Auto Parts Fort McMurray. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Employee Relations: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Benefits Administration: Prepare budgets and payrolls, arrange schedules, and oversee payroll administration.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office and human resources software.
