About the Opportunity

The Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic procedures and therapies
  • Operating and maintaining imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Providing high-quality patient care and education
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

About You

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • A graduate degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from an accredited institution
  • Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) certification and Nova Scotia College of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Professionals (NSCMIRTP) licensure
  • Experience in radiation safety and quality assurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours and Compensation

This is a permanent full-time position with a 75-hour biweekly schedule. The hourly rate is $39.96. Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package.
