Restaurant Operations Manager

BC LTD is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgetary Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, ensuring that costs are controlled and revenues are maximized.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service, manage labor costs, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management, health and safety protocols, and marketing initiatives.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure that customer feedback is acted upon.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask, and a strong focus on customer service.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Public transportation is available.
What We Offer:- Competitive Salary: $100,001 - $500,000
