**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Specialist to join our Highland team. As a key member of our Connections department, you will be responsible for developing, refining, and executing new projects across our operational area.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to deliver effective and affordable schemes.
  • Meet project deadlines, quality, and budget goals, with precise and timely progress and financial reports.
  • Provide support to clients and delivery teams to ensure projects run smoothly, including attending site meetings.
  • Enhance profitability and opportunities through outstanding customer service, identifying improvements for collaboration.
  • Support delivery managers in implementing Safety Management Systems, CDM regulations, best practices, and governance processes as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Project.
  • Familiarity with construction regulations and safety protocols.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
