Project Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Project Support Specialist to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and solid written and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project(s) through its lifecycle.
  • Assist in the development of project-related presentations and communications.
  • Responsible for meeting logistics and ensuring essential meetings are scheduled.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination and management.
