Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team at FIBERCOMM COMMUNICATIONS LTD. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a strong understanding of technical systems and excellent customer service skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up equipment, and performing backups and recovery operations. You will also provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, as well as supervise other technical support workers in this group.

Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering)
  • Strong understanding of technical systems and software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the company.
