About the Role

As a Customer Engagement Specialist at IH2O LTD., you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit sales and sell goods or services by building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
  • Show and describe products, highlighting their features and benefits to drive sales.
  • Conduct market surveys to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Arrange sales demonstration appointments to showcase products and build trust with potential customers.
  • Deliver goods to customers promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about advertised products to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record customers' orders accurately and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Contact potential customers via phone to nurture leads and close sales.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business.

  • Proficiency in using the internet to research and access relevant information.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits
