Agriculture Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Agriculture Department as an Ag Sales Administration Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Flaman Sales Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Agriculture team, collaborating with all departments within the organization.
- Assist in inventory management and control, ensuring all product in the yard is clean and properly displayed.
- Monitor website and ensure all used, clearance, and other inventory are properly advertised.
- Monitor manufacturer rebates and advertising programs, and complete warranty registrations.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure all service requests are processed and timelines are met.
- Help coordinate trade show events, manage and order marketing materials, and assist the Marketing department with changes to ads for print/digital advertising.
- Post and monitor Social Media updates on sales, events, and training opportunities, and ensure the showroom is kept up to date in respect to product information, brochures, and signage.
- Complete required paperwork according to company policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Recognize the importance of establishing a connection with our customers and providing a great customer experience.
- Post-secondary education (preferred).
- Previous experience monitoring, updating, and creating posts on company social media outlets.
- Knowledge of agriculture equipment and industry considered an asset.
- Computer savvy, proficient with word, excel, and outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Professional, team player with a positive "can do" attitude.
- Exceptional work ethic, motivated, and driven to obtain goals.
- Have a clean driver's abstract and criminal record check.
- Have a great sense of humor.
