Job Title: AG Equipment Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven AG Equipment Sales Associate to join our team at Flaman Sales Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our agricultural equipment to customers in Southern Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service while promoting Flaman equipment in an honest and professional manner.
  • Build relationships and increase sales with existing and new clientele.
  • Proactively identify areas for company growth and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and share expertise with clients.
  • Prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines and ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethics in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business or a related field (an asset).
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with agricultural equipment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A clean driver's abstract and criminal record check.
