About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft PreSales Specialist to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the Microsoft sales strategy across a district of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement renewal and true-up process to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of Microsoft sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide pre-sales support to sales reps and customers on Microsoft licensing and solutions to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Identify new Enterprise Agreement prospects and develop strategies to acquire new business.
  • Deliver Microsoft product roadmaps, licensing, and financial content to customers to educate and inform them on Microsoft solutions.
  • Participate in local customer events to deliver Softchoice content and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and deliver training to Softchoice sales teams on Microsoft products and services to ensure they are equipped to sell effectively.
  • Engage with local Softchoice sales teams to sell jointly into sales territories and customer accounts to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of Microsoft products and services, including licensing and sales strategies.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer-facing presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience solving complex customer problems through analysis and developing effective solutions.
  • The ability and experience in training and mentoring others, with a strong focus on sales enablement.
  • Ability to interact and communicate at the Executive level, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy.
  • Experience developing strategy and tactics to meet business objectives, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
