Regulatory Affairs Director

Job Summary
The VP of Regulatory Affairs will lead the strategic and operational aspects of regulatory affairs at EVERSANA. This role will support business development activities and manage client deliverables, contractor work, and related revenue and expense budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the regulatory strategy and Health Canada submissions for EVERSANA clients
- Set clear goals and ensure effective plans and measurable outcomes for work produced internally and externally
- Recruit or contract the appropriate talent and ensure onboarding is effective, and all employees and contractors adhere to our cultural beliefs
- Manage performance, work processes, and other resources to ensure work is accomplished effectively
- Develop people and a talent pipeline to fill future business needs
- Develop new customer projects that generate additional Regulatory consulting work and develop existing customer relationships leading to additional revenue, profit, and referrals
- Plan, organize, and coordinate input into proposals and manage quotes for contractors/internal teams to ensure target profitability
- Ensure effective communication within the team
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver on shared projects, e.g., PRCI projects
People Leadership
The VP of Regulatory Affairs will also serve as a people leader, responsible for identifying and allocating resources to effectively deliver on service requirements. This includes ensuring external partners are efficiently onboarded, staying abreast of workload, and augmenting with additional resources as needed.
Qualifications
- Masters-level education required
- 20+ years of experience in various pharmaceutical roles in Canada
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, both written and verbal
- Teamwork and collaboration

- Project management knowledge
