SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis Nurse Manager position plays a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Medical Centre and satellite First Aid Rooms, conducting daily inspections, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness. They will also attend to assessments and treatments of ill or injured employees, track first aid incidents, and liaise with medical professionals as needed.
Responsibilities:- Manage and operate the Medical Centre and satellite First Aid Rooms
- Conduct daily inspections, inventory control, and maintain cleanliness
- Attend to assessments and treatments of ill or injured employees
- Track all first aid incidents as required by Occupational Health and Safety legislation
- Liaise and communicate with all medical and health professionals providing care to employees
- Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse designation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with high accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
