Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Professional to join our team at Gilgal Child Care Centre & OSC. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development in children.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and need for support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence in early childhood education.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in early childhood education.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a child care setting.
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations and standards for early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
