Compensation:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This Support Coordinator role plays a vital part in the smooth operation of our London head office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to our maintenance team, ensuring seamless communication and task execution.

Your responsibilities will include creating purchase orders, tracking expenses, reconciling invoices, scheduling pest control services, collecting data, submitting reports, and performing various other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

  • You must have a post-secondary education in business administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative support role is required.
  • Experience in real estate development is preferred but not necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are a must, along with the ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of work efficiently.
  • You should be comfortable working independently and making decisions with minimal supervision.
  • A professional, calm demeanor and excellent customer service skills are also required.
  • Enthusiasm and a team-oriented approach are highly valued in this role.
