Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Nike Kanata. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel welcome and valued in our stores.
- Drive sales by being knowledgeable about NIKE products and services, and by using customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including the latest products and technologies.
- Operate a cash register, ship, and receive duties, stock products, clean, and build visual displays.
- Participate in store events and contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
- Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
