Visionary Eyewear Specialist

FYidoctors is a dynamic and rewarding environment where you can advance eye health and enhance the lives of our patients as a Full Time Licensed Optician on a Permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products, as well as follow-up patient care, with a minimum of one year of previous optical experience.
This role offers a comprehensive total rewards package, competitive wage and benefits, and relocation assistance may be available.
We are looking for a team member who will work a schedule of 30-40 hours per week, Mondays through Fridays, and is passionate about customer experience, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Educating clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle
- Assisting with selection of frames to suit your client's aesthetic and performance needs
- Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
- Performing repairs and adjustments to patients' eyewear
- Contributing to store retail sales goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year's experience in an optical environment
- Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous retail experience an asset
