Salary and Benefits

The expected compensation for this position is $22-30 per hour, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications. Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time Licensed Optician on a Permanent basis at our practice in Williams Lake. The successful candidate will be responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products as well as follow-up patient care.

  • Educating clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle
  • Assisting with selection of frames to suit your client's aesthetic and performance needs
  • Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
  • Performing repairs and adjustments to patients' eyewear
  • Contributing to store retail sales goals
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have minimum one year's experience in an optical environment, be passionate about customer experience, and have good communication skills. Additional requirements include being committed to excelling as a member of a high performing team, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and having good computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite.
