Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales results through the cultivation of new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by making connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized and unique shopping experiences.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
  • Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
  • Treat customers and colleagues with respect, fostering an inclusive culture.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task, flexibility, and responsiveness in a quickly changing environment.
