Summer Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Summer Operations Manager to join our team in North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our summer camps, ensuring the smooth delivery of academic and activity programs, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing residential facilities, leading teams, and working with teenagers. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the camp, including academic and activity programs
  2. Managing the financial aspects of the camp, including budgets and petty cash accounts
  3. Ensuring the delivery of customer satisfaction through high-quality academic and activity programs
  4. Leading and participating in regular meetings with Group Leaders

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in managing residential facilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Valid First Aid and/or CPR Certificate (Desirable)
