Job Description:

The Recruitment Manager and Summer Program Director will oversee year-round camper recruitment and summer program management. This role requires evening and weekend availability and regular travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement innovative program initiatives to enhance the camper experience.
  • Organize logistics for daily operations and special events.
  • Supervise key program areas, including sports, chugim, Israel engagement, and staff programming.
  • Manage all schedules, including daily activities, the summer calendar, and special days.
  • Coordinate camper and staff trips as well as summer guest visits.
  • Plan and execute Visitor's Day logistics and programming.
  • Oversee supply management to ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements:

  • A university degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in community engagement, project management, or event coordination.
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and passport.
  • Prior experience in a Jewish non-profit or as a Camp Ramah alum is an asset.
