Job Title: Business Services Officer
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at Rock-Rose Landscaping Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows.
Working Conditions:
- 30 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language.
