Make a Difference with MNP
We are seeking a talented Administrative Support Professional to join our Enterprise Risk Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities to support the efficient operation of our business
- Review, modify, and prepare general templates, letters, reports, presentations, and other correspondence materials
- Assist in the preparation of responses to requests for proposal and other business development initiatives
- Record minutes at various meetings and distribute or archive them accordingly
- Update and maintain internal databases and records
- Manage and coordinate multiple calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, appointments, and team social events
- Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations as needed
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes and enhance team productivity
- Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Post-secondary education in administration or a related field is considered an asset
- Administrative experience in a professional working environment is considered an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
