Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Inventory Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our inventory management process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and organizing operational logistics to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinating activities with other work units or departments to achieve common goals.
  • Preparing and submitting reports to stakeholders.
  • Arranging for maintenance and repair work to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work to meet deadlines.
  • Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
