Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Solus Decor Inc. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and achieve a smooth finish.
- Impart the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and ensure durability.
- Estimate costs and materials for projects, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
This role requires a physically demanding work environment, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling. You must be able to work in various locations and adapt to changing project requirements.
Requirements:- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in concrete finishing.
- Permanent employment with a standard 40-hour workweek.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
