About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Medical Trainer to join our team at L'Oreal. As a key member of our Medical Aesthetics division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our external customers, including in-office training sessions, virtual seminars, and educational workshops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on L'Oreal Medical Aesthetics brands, including SkinCeuticals and skinbetter science, to external customers.
  • Collaborate with the National Training Manager and Regional Sales Manager to design and implement training initiatives that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Deliver live seminars and virtual training sessions to large groups of customers, utilizing tools and assets provided by L'Oreal.
  • Coordinate with local sales teams to deliver in-office trainings and ensure seamless execution of training programs.
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials, including product knowledge, professional protocols, science, and selling techniques.
  • Manage logistics and routing for field-based in-office training sessions.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with sales, leadership, and customers regarding in-office training initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly reports, including a calendar of training activities, budget, and summary of feedback from trainings.
Requirements
  • Active medical aesthetics license.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on training experience and/or equivalent related work and educational experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft, ZOOM, TEAMS; SalesForce experience a plus.
  • Valid Canada driver's license.
