Job Title: Hairdressing Salon Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team at Escada Hair International. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Coordinate and manage the work schedules of our staff to ensure seamless operations and maximum efficiency.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact in emergency situations, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to staff members, helping them to overcome challenges and improve their skills and performance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Supervise the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring they are functioning optimally and safely.
  • Staff Management: Oversee, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help them reach their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required.
  • Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is necessary, with a strong background in hairdressing or a related field.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and excellent time management skills.
  • Standing for Extended Periods: The role involves standing for extended periods, so you must be physically fit and able to meet the demands of this position.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
